Total Maintenance Solutions is a full service fabrication shop that has tremendous in-house capabilities to produce quality structural steel & sheet metal fabrication out of Aluminum, Stainless or Carbon Steel. The additional sourced capability to utilize is Waterjet Cutting which makes the fabrication of any part a relatively routine process. Our industrial design expertise is a combination of our experienced team & a well equipped fabrication/machine shop allowing us to bring a high level of responsiveness & competence to projects with demanding quality requirements & time constraints!

Our steel fabrication shop is equipped to fabricate Steel Plate, Bar, Angle, Tubing, Beams & other Hot Rolled Steel items. Our steel fabrication experience ranges from structural framing to Architectural pieces requiring a high level of finishing.
>Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our Cold Forming capabilities for sheet metal items includes equipment such as Shears, Punch, Break Presses etc. For cold forming sheet metal parts & building components from Galvanized Steel, Prefinished Aluminum & Stainless Steel.
5 Axis Waterjet
Total Maintenance Solutions proudly offers Waterjet cutting services facilitated by our top quality Techni Waterjet system, featuring its 5 Axis cutting head capable of operating at 60,000 PSI of water pressure, along with our 10’x15′ cutting surface. This equipment enables us to cut steel plate up to 12″ thick! (Please note at that thickness it would be a rough cut) and a huge variety of other metals, plastics, ceramics & composites at exceptionally high levels of precision. Waterjet cutting also eliminates material edge hardening because virtually heat is generated during cutting and no mechanical stress is induced. This makes waterjet cutting ideal for fast, cost effective cutting of thicker parts made from nearly any material with minimal set up!

Aside from standard training our team of install technicians also are required to have Boom & Scissor Lift certifications as well as MSHA.
